    • Hi Janet, it really depends which approach/ protocol you are taking. There are different beliefs about this. When I was treating my cancer, I limited my fruit intake to one piece a day of higher sugar fruit such as apples (I used to sweeten my smoothies.) This Cleanse is designed for someone WITHOUT cancer. I believe I made a note of that on the Cleanse main page.

  1. Hi! I just came across your fabulous blog! Thank you! and hope you are feeling great. My husband had NH Lymphoma last year. Although we always ate pretty healthy, we are def. always trying to find ways to clean our diet. How can we gain access to the full 14 day cleanse? Thank you!!

  2. Cortney- can I take my regular vitamins during the cleanse? Just want to make sure that wouldn’t be too much- working on my beans tonight and will chop veggies tomorrow before starting on Wednesday.
